These terms cover your use of StashSpace. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

StashSpace is a collection tracker, offered on an invite-only basis and provided as is. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the records and images you add. You grant us the permission needed to store and display them so the service can work, including showing them to the people you share with. You are responsible for what you upload, and you confirm you have the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

Do not use StashSpace to break the law, to store unlawful content, or to disrupt the service or other people's use of it.

Availability

We aim to keep StashSpace running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

StashSpace is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, note them in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
